2024 General Regulations

 

Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., April-November

Setup: 7:15-8:30am

Breakdown: 1pm-2pm (No early departures)

 

MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of Bossier City Farmers’ Market is to give local Farmers and Businesses the opportunity to interact, acquire and sell to new and existing customers; develop a local market that operates every weekend without breaks so vendors can develop quality relationships with their new customers over a long period of time: and create a family event that is easily accessible with ample parking, with a variety of products and great food.

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO BECOMING A VENDOR:

 

1) Fill out a Vendor Application (Mandatory every year)

2) Get approval via-email

3) Pay for and Secure your spot for the selected month/day

Farmers' Market Hours of Operation: April -November  Saturdays ONLY- 9am-1pm Rain or Shine
 
Location: Pierre Bossier City Mall Parking Lot (I-20 and Airline, Behind Starbucks)
 
Lot Size: 10 wide x 12 deep $30/Saturday.  Electricity is $5, (limited spaces)
Max 3 lots for each vendor
Food Trucks:$30/Saturday, must provide own generator.
 
Saturday Set Up Time: 7:15-8:30am, must provide your own table, tent, surge protector and heavy duty 25ft power cords, and any other supplies for your business setup. Vendors have from 1-2pm to clean up their assigned lot and remove any belongings from the property. Please let us know if your breakdown time will take longer.  Vendors may not leave or begin tear down before 1pm. No moving vehicles in the market area from 8:30am-1pm We are open rain or shine.
 
FOR-PROFIT VENDORS:
Please fill out the vendor application below. This market is open to the majority of businesses that want to get exposure to the local community. A vendor application is necessary to start the process.
